Flexibilty!
This 1.5 hour workshop will provide a deeper understanding of your muscles and how they are involved in different key stretches. Adding a good stretching routine helps in injury prevention, better muscle coordination, improved posture, and increased range of motion. We will learn the difference between active and passive stretching and how each benefits our flexibility goals.
